A native of Fort Myers, Mark brings over 30 years of banking and financial experience to VIP Realty - Commercial. He began his banking career in Lexington, Kentucky after graduating from the University of Kentucky with a degree in Accounting. He spent almost 15 years in Atlanta, Georgia with a large financial institution and returned home to the Southwest Florida area he was raised in over 24 years ago. He has held leadership positions in 3 local banks and has extensive commercial real estate experience through his management and lending activities. He brings a unique perspective to the commercial real estate arena in Southwest Florida given his contacts in the local banking industry and his knowledge of financing commercial real estate properties.

He has always been a strong contributor to the local community and charitable organizations having served on the boards of the Southwest Florida Historical Museum Foundation, the City of Fort Myers Housing Authority where he was the Chairman, the American Heart Association of Southwest Florida, the United Way of Lee, Hendry, Glades, and Okeechobee Counties where he was the Campaign Chair.  He was a former member, Past President, and former board member of the Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce, a member and former board member of Real Estate Investment Society (REIS) and a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
